Coworking, redefined for your wellbeing
The future of coworking is changing due to Covid-19 and we recognize that while social distancing may be part of our new normal, collaboration and human connection will remain more vital than ever! That’s why we’re increasing sanitization, prioritizing personal space to better socially distance in the work space, and implementing behavioral signage by ensuring that members can continue working in safe and clean coworking environment.
Health and Safety Policy For COVID-19
To our valued members and guests:
Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!
Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.
We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our location to protect our members and guests. These include;
Cleaning shared surfaces more regularly.
Providing hand sanitizer.
Providing disinfectant for members to use after each usage.
Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:
Wash your hands frequently and properly. 20 seconds is the minimum recommended to be considered effective.
Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands.
Please dispose of tissues immediately and properly.
Refrain from touching your nose or mouth.
If you suspect you may be sick with the Coronavirus, we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please stay home until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick. Let us know and we will happily pause your membership and credit your account.
We will be limiting shared kitchen services including ground coffee, refreshments and snacks
For the time being, we will offer single use k-cups as available in the kitchen, but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have.
We ask you to wash all your dishes or cups immediately after use.
Let's leave all lights on (including bathrooms). Last person to leave please turn everything off this way there is less touching of switches.
We strongly encourage members to keep the recommended safe distance. If you need to move a table around, or change seats, feel free to do so.
Avoid handshakes and please forgive others who are doing so.
Given the reduced activity, we will temporarily keep the front doors locked even during business hours. Who needs to get in has an access code. Call us if you have trouble getting in.
Thank you for putting the health and safety of our local community first! We are closely following the recommendations by CDC and will provide updates as needed. In the meantime, thank you for helping continue to keep our welcoming community healthy and safe!
