About Grind + Growth
Founded in 2016, and based in St. Louis, MO, Grind + Growth Economic Development Organization (GGEDO) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that champions Business Incubation and Community Revitalization in the City of St. Louis. Through our history, we’ve been an adopter of trends such as business incubation, coworking, and most importantly, a strengthening of urban neighborhoods.
GGEDO is comprised of the Kauffman Fasttrac Program, Financial Literacy, and Microlending Programs. These three core initiatives allow us to help businesses grow, receive the support they need, and find a home in St. Louis.
Our mission is to increase economic development by enhancing the prosperity of the communities we serve. We accomplish our mission through a range of activities:
Revitalizing the urban communities and returning them to productive use
Incubating businesses and cultivating the entrepreneurial ecosystem

Deploying economic development financing programs to drive business growth and physical improvement of the City’s small businesses
